At Motive Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include all original tags and the packing slip provided in your order.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
